Working 1:1 with Malaika: Terms of Engagement

Working directly with Malaika Neri is a respectful, professional partnership.

To protect the quality of the work, the relationship, and everyone involved, we expect that all clients meet the following criteria.

These are not preferences.
They are requirements.

1. Respect for Money

  • Payment is made 100% upfront.

  • All payments must go through successfully.

  • Payment does not create extra access, urgency, or exceptions.

Paying in full and on time shows readiness and self-responsibility.

2. Respect for Communication

  • You reply to all calls/messages within 48 hours.

  • This includes email, WhatsApp, or any other agreed channel.

  • If you need extra time, you communicate that clearly in advance.

  • You do not disappear and return later with urgency.

Clear, timely replies keep the work calm and grounded.

3. Respect for Time

  • You show up on time for every call.

  • You confirm scheduled calls.

  • You keep agreed appointments.

  • Schedules are clear and fixed.

  • “Playing it by ear” or ongoing fluidity is not part of this work.

Consistency creates trust.

4. Respectful Behavior

  • Communication is always polite, honest, and direct.

  • No threats, pressure, guilt-tripping, or intimidation.

  • No dominance, harsh tone, or passive aggression.

Kindness and basic courtesy are required at all times.

5. Respect for Emotional Responsibility

  • You take responsibility for your own emotions.

  • You are able to hold yourself between sessions.

  • This work is not therapy, crisis support, or emotional containment.

  • You do not expect soothing, reassurance, or regulation on demand.

This allows the work to stay clear and effective.

6. Respect for Structure

  • The structure of the work is fixed.

  • Boundaries are followed without negotiation.

  • Contact happens only in agreed ways and times.

  • There are no unscheduled calls or “quick check-ins.”

Structure creates safety for depth.

7. Respect for Feedback

  • Feedback is received without attacking, blaming, or arguing.

  • Accountability is met with reflection, not defense.

  • Growth happens through cooperation, not force.

Mutual respect is essential.

Immediate Ending of the Work

(No Refunds)

The work ends immediately if respect is broken in any of the following ways:

  • Missed or failed payment

  • Repeated late or missing replies

  • Missed calls or time disrespect

  • Rude, threatening, or intimidating messages

  • Boundary pushing after clarity is given

  • Behavior that creates stress or fear in the container

This is to protect the integrity of the work.

  • and everyone feels safe and respected
